Elevate worked with Alchemy Sales Coaching to direct and produce the third annual Alchemy Fest, a wellness retreat for sales people who are focused on personal development through the Alchemy Sales Coaching model. 

We worked with Alchemy to curate top facilitators, schedule wellness programming and design a healthy menu for 85 guests. Our retreat was located in a boy scout camp in California's Redwood Forest. Guests stayed in cabins and teepees and enjoyed programming from 6 AM to 1 AM including sauna, cold plunge, exercise, meditation, personal development workshops, motivational speeches, musical performances and so much more.

Elevate worked with local vendors to negotiate pricing, source decor, curate gift bags, secure sponsorship and create a seed-oil free, allergy friendly menu with abundant vegan, gluten free options available to meet every guest's diet preferences.  

Every detail was considered from lighting to pillows to sauna temperature to outdoor shower products and projection mapping on the redwood trees. Each facilitator met with our team to ensure that their activation was 100% aligned with their creative preferences and practical needs.
