I specialize in creating environments that foster a deeper sense of connection– to ourselves, to each other and to nature. I find joy in bringing bold visions to life by weaving threads of community, shared values and collective intention.
I cut my teeth in this industry on events for lululemon founder's non-profit organization, culminating in two celebrity fundraising galas. A few years later I started a branding business for heart-centered entrepreneurs and supported the launch of several six and seven figure businesses. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I was in Bali on the heels of a Yoga Teacher Training of which I'd enrolled to deepen my personal, decade-long, yoga and meditation practice. The global lockdown inspired me to pivot focus from digital branding to live experiences.
During my time on the Island of the Gods, I co-created a series of mediation gatherings, a live branding and sales funnels course, three community-organized festivals, two wellness retreats and designed a fashion line, NYAMA. When I returned to the States in 2022, I brought the essence of Bali to the world stage by producing immersive experiences at festivals and conferences, including Miami Art Week, SXSW and Aspen Ideas Festival.
I recognize the value in inviting people into an intentional space, so they can be present and experience the magic of the present moment together. I'm humbled and grateful to direct and produce transformative events that support leaders to elevate their impact, reach their goals and expand their communities.

With a rich background in designing transformative, high-impact wellness experiences, I bring together top talent in wellness to curate immersive journeys that resonate deeply with modern seekers. As a certified facilitator in Breathwork, Sound Healing, Visualization, Japanese Tea Ceremony, and Somatic Therapy, I specialize in subconscious reprogramming and trauma-informed transformation.
My approach is deeply informed by a lineage of wisdom, as a 7th-generation Sufi and early years spent with my mother, Anees—a 6th-generation Sufi spiritual teacher—who hosted spiritual gatherings and led women’s fertility healing groups across Pakistan for 30 years. This heritage has gifted me an intuitive ability to hold space and attune to the subtle needs of diverse audiences.
From my decade-long career in finance and entrepreneurship, I witnessed firsthand how wellness and inner alignment amplify productivity, resilience, and authentic leadership. In 2017, I deepened my spiritual journey by studying Buddhism in Sri Lanka, learning monk practices, and serving in temples. That same year, I traveled to Japan to train in the art of Japanese Tea Ceremony at the Maikoya Institute in Kyoto. This experience of integrating presence, intention, and ceremonial living refined my understanding of harmonious, balanced leadership, which I brought into my role as CFO for Ryde, a luxury car-sharing marketplace.
Since 2020, I have completed over 20 certifications across various wellness modalities, amplifying my expertise and impact. I began designing transformational events in Budapest in 2021, collaborating with local artists and facilitators in unique venues, and achieving sold-out capacities. Since then, I have produced events and retreats for prominent organizations, including Open, Apollo Neuro, Alchemy Sales Coaching, Happy Camp, Tea at Shiloh, One Golden Thread, Seryinity, and Behnchara. My approach combines elegance and depth, blending authentic tradition with the vibrancy of modern wellness to foster spaces where genuine transformation unfolds naturally.
